About Aidan

Hello! My name is Aidan, also known as The Irish Apron. I am originally from Dublin, Ireland and I currently live North of Atlanta, Georgia with my great family.

I have been a trained chef for over 30+ years, and I have studied cooking in great culinary cities like Dublin, Paris, and London. I bring inspiration from all the places I have lived and visited into my recipes.

I was raised working in my father's bakery, where I began to help bake once I was old enough to reach the mixing bowl. My dad was my biggest inspiration that helped me get into the culinary field that I love so much.

I am currently a Culinary Regional Account Manager at Horizon Food Brokers. You can learn more about my great company under the "About Horizon Food Brokers" post in the About Me section.
